1. Download the application forms to set up your account and return these to Bell FX
Opening an Individual Account with Bell FX is quick and easy – all you need to do is download, complete and sign the Foreign Exchange Agreement, Verification of Identity Form and Client Authorisation Form (Business FX only) and return to Bell FX.
Alternatively, call the Bell FX team toll free on 1800 003 815 and we'll send you of the necessary account opening documentation, which you can return to us by post, fax or email. We’ll then contact you to discuss your foreign exchange requirements in more detail.
2. Help us to understand your individual needs
Everyone is different; which is why we tailor services to meet your needs.

4. Purchase your currency
Having discussed your requirements with one of the Bell FX Team, you can then elect to enter into an FX transaction. Phone calls are recorded to ensure that your verbal instructions have been accurately executed.
5. Pay for your currency
All you need to do is download, complete and sign the Standard Settlement Instruction Form and return to Bell FX to ensure we pay your currency to the account you have provided.
